Each entry is judged blind by six certified judges across appearance, taste and tenderness. Marks or garnish violations mean disqualification — only the food speaks.
各出品は6名の認定ジャッジにより、見た目・味・食感の3要素でブラインド審査されます。マーキングやガーニッシュ違反は即失格——語るのは料理だけです。
